As a grower-owner, how do I add my ag tax exemption certificate?

To manually add an agricultural tax exemption certificate:
- At the top of the page, under My Account, select My Company from the dropdown menu
- Select Units, then your Farm's Name
- At the bottom of the selections on the right hand side, select Tax Certificate
- An 'Exemption Certificate Wizard' will open, select California for Jurisdiction, then next
- On the following page, select Agricultural, then next
- On the following page, select a reason, then next
- On the following page, from the dropdown menu, select upload, then next
- Upload your tax exemption form, then next
- Ensure the Buyer Information is correct
- On the Upload Additional Documentation Page, if there are multiple tax exemption forms, repeat step 13
- If there are is only one form to upload, select skip
- Fill in the Signature Information and select submit
How do I add a new user to my business account?
- At the top of the page, under My Account, select My Company from the dropdown menu
- Select Units, then Add
- Fill in the First and Last name and Email of the new User
- Select the Roles and Rights for this User
- Select Save to add the new User
How do I disable and enable users?
- At the top of the page, under My Account, select My Company from the dropdown menu
- Select Units, then the name of the user to disable
- On the right hand side, there will be a Disable button
- Click Disable to confirm
After disabling a user, click on the user to re-enable. Admin user must also re-assign roles to the re-enabled user for the account to return to full functionality.
How do I update my default address/payment information?
- At the top of the page, under My Account, select My Company from the dropdown menu
- Select Units, then your Farm's Name
- In the middle of the selections on the right hand side, select Delivery Addresses
- On the right hand side, select Create
- Fill in your Delivery Address, then select Save
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Where does the Growers Connect Marketplace ship?
Currently, the Growers Connect Marketplace offers Standard and Express Shipping to the state of California only.
Will the Growers Connect Marketplace be able to deliver orders outside of California?
While we plan to expand delivery to all 50 states, delivery outside of California is not available at this time.
If a delivery address is entered that is not in California, there will be an error message when adding items to the shopping cart.
When will my order ship?
Based on products selected and shipping method, an estimated delivery date is displayed during checkout. This includes both processing time and the time item is in transit. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include federal holidays observed in the United States.
What shipping methods are available?
Standard shipping is 3-5 business days
Express shipping is 2-3 business days
How can I track my shipment?
You can see the status of your shipment at the Order Details Page. Please note, your order may have shipped in multiple packages. It may also take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your order into the tracking system.
Can I change my shipping information?
When an order is placed, it enters the processing system as soon as possible. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?
Some orders will be processed by different vendors depending on what items are purchased. You will receive separate tracking and processing emails for each of these packages.
Does the Growers Connect Marketplace offer free shipping?
Currently, no. Different suppliers have different shipping costs. However the procurement team is in negotiation with our many suppliers.
PAYMENTS AND ORDERING INFORMATION
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we only accept credit cards for payments. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Can you combine payments methods on the Growers Connect Marketplace?
At this time, we do not allow a combination of credit cards for payments.
How do I use discount codes or coupons?
During the checkout process, there will be a field to enter a discount code or coupon. Enter the code and click “Apply” to see the updated total.
Is my payment secure?
The Growers Connect Marketplace handles all payments directly.
When are payments processed?
Payments are processed upon shipment.
Can I purchase goods and pick up goods in store from retailers?
At this time, the Growers Connect Marketplace is an online only marketplace.
RETURNS INFORMATION
What is the return/exchange policy?
Please start that process via the Contact Vendor button on the Order Details Page
Suppliers will allow returns as long as the purchase is made within the past 30 days.
What if I did not receive my order?
If your order was marked as delivered but did not arrive, please confirm your shipping address in your orders and check around the delivery location to see if your package was misplaced. We recommend waiting 48 hours from the delivered notification before contacting customer service.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please start that process via the Contact Vendor button on the Order Details Page
What happens if my order is not as expected?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please utilize the Contact Vendor button on the Order Details Page
How will I receive my refund?
We work to process refund payments on a two-week basis.
What happens if I receive the wrong product?
If the item you received is not the item listed as purchased, you can request a refund or a replacement item at no additional cost. Please start that process on the Order Details Page
